The Centre employs a total of 25 staff during its busiest period. The team is made up of full-time & seasonal staff & these are complimented by Modern Apprentices and full-time Trainee Instructors.

A staff training program takes place prior to the beginning of each season & as we believe whole heartedly in our staffs personal development. In-House & National Governing Body training & assessments continue to take place throughout the season.

Lead Climbing / Caving Instructor	Liaison with user group leaders to check arrangements for activity content, timings and transportation. Care, maintenance and upkeep of climbing equipment. Seasonal Multi Activity Instructors	Ensuring sessions are delivered to a high standard of both quality and safety, with emphasis on educational input as well as enjoyment. Professionalism in delivery, appearance and manner.	Minimum of 1-2 NGB Coaching Quals	4-7 Mths	Applications being received
Modern Apprenticeship	Work based training with a salary! An ideal way to get on that first step of the ladder. As qualifications & experience are gained, so to are levels of responsibility	Non - All Training & assessments Provided	9 or 16 months	Applications being received - Interviews Nov 2008
