Haven Banks offers not only a wide range of outdoor and adventurous activities but also at varying levels within each activitiy. Everybody has to start somewhere and with the care and attention taken by the instructors and staff of the Centre during these first steps, it is hoped that people will discover how enjoyable adventurous activities can be and how adventure in the outdoors has so many rewarding benefits to both the group and individual.
All activities can be tailored to the individual or groups own needs. It may be you want a leisurely paddle to a nearby cafe or Double Locks or you may want the exhileration of paddling on White-Water, additional we now offer Coastal Sea Kayaking & Surf Kayaking. You may feel you want a relaxing estuary day sail to Exmouth or Turf Locks or you may want to get your adrenaline flowing by Sailing single handed during a race at Starcross Yacht Club where the Centre has an Estuary sailing base. All activities have so many options in the way they can be used and it all depends on what you want to do with them. We are here to help you enjoy your first experience and will continue to assist you to take them as far as you wish. Your opportunities are endless!
The Centre not only offers activities to groups it also delivers an extensive program to adults during the evenings and weekends. Young people can benefit from such activities throughout the week, weekends with a
NEW Sailing & Kayaking Club. During the schools Spring,Summer, and Autumn Half-Terms as well as endless options during the school Easter & Summer Holidays.
